I'm Helen Frost, a graphic designer born and based in the San Francisco Bay Area. 

I found my love for graphic design as early as the 3rd grade when I got my hands on a copy of  Adobe CS3.  By high school I was helping teach my computer graphics class. My natural curiosity and passion for creating drives my desire to bring my clients' visions to reality.

I'm a life long learner and I stand by the belief that research drives the creative. I have proficiency in all things Adobe, Figma, and more. But I'm always eager to learn the next new thing. Web design, branding, and print media are my stand out areas, but I work across the entire spectrum of design.

Besides design, I have a plethora of hobbies, from gardening to working on my project truck and everything in between. I love a good speculative fiction book and a cup of tea, or a nice mystery show on TV.  And if I'm not at home, you'll find me with my feet in the ocean or my head in the clouds on a mountain (I can never decide which I love more).
