As one of the biggest suppliers of OEM appliance parts in North America, Encompass was ready to bring their B2B Solutions website into a new, user-friendly era, leveraging their updated brand identity.
I redesigned Encompass’s website in Figma, creating a functional prototype that is currently in development. Building on the brand system I previously helped develop, I transformed their outdated, information-heavy site into a clean, modern, and easy-to-navigate experience, making complex content more accessible for new and old clients alike.
After the design phase, I began careful quality assurance (QA) to make sure that every piece of information was accurately updated and categorized within the new system. I then worked with the web development team to ensure a seamless transition from prototype to live website.
